Banana Nut Bread
½ c butter
½ c honey
2 eggs
1 ¾ c whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp soda
½ tsp salt
1 c crushed banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 c toasted coconut
½ c nuts (optional)
Mix in order given.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 350F for 40 – 45 minutes
