Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Black pepper to taste
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Chill the salad for two hours and serve cold.
